Rose Scharmen, president of Cloth Envelope Company, Inc. showed the viewers of the Carol Duvall Show how to make a Cloth Envelope. Starting with a piece of fabric from a local fabric store, Rose demonstrated how to stiffen the fabric and how to carefully cut out the envelope blank. Rose then demonstrated her secrets to scoring the folds and her special tool for gluing. Also shown on the show was the many different cards that you can make to compliment your newly made Cloth Envelope. Rose says that "doing the Carol Duvall segment was a lot of fun and all the people treated me so well. Carol is such a nice lady, she quickly made me feel right at home." |
